Our product differs from all others on the market by adding post-manufacturing sterilization to the process. While blowing the film, it can be assumed the closure bags are ‘sterilized’, but for added value, Whirl-Pak sterilizes product AFTER manufacturing for added assurance.

How do Whirl-Pak’s pull-tabs differ from others and help with aseptic collection? Whirl-Pak’s Tyvek® Opening pull tabs are made of non-slip, textured material and orientated perpendicular to the opening of the bag, below the tape, compared to others on the market where pull tabs are aligned horizontally overlapping the closure tape, increasing opportunity to contain the inner bag.
