Subject: Announcement of Business Relocation 

Dear Valued Partner,  

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you of an important development regarding Whirl-Pak®. We are excited to announce that our business will be relocating to a new address, effective August 1st, 2023. 

After careful consideration and planning, we will be relocating to a new location that better aligns with our company’s strategic goals and accommodates our expanding operations. To prevent any delays in order processing and shipping, please update your records to reflect our new address: 

We also request that you please communicate this information to any relevant parties/departments within your organization to avoid miscommunications or delays. Please note that our phone numbers and email addresses will remain the same. Our dedicated team is committed to providing the same high level of service you’ve come to expect from Whirl-Pak and will be available to address any inquiries throughout the transition process. 

The relocation itself will begin in phases in mid-June and be completed by August 1st. We have taken all possible measures to ensure a smooth transition and minimize disruptions to our services during this period, but it is of course possible that slight delays in shipping could occur in mid-July. We ask for your patience and understanding should this occur and would of course be happy to support your inventory planning to mitigate any risk of disruption to your customers during this time.
